Warranty Replacement Policy

All electrical products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. If the customer has purchased the optional 1-year extension, the warranty period is extended to a total of 3 years.

If any electrical component of the device is found to be defective during the warranty period, a replacement product will be provided free of charge.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage to the product.

  • Wear and tear resulting from normal use.

  • Damage or defects caused by improper, incorrect, or negligent use.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us via email at: info@techmarkstore.com

You will receive an automatic response. Kindly reply to that email with a video clearly demonstrating that the product is not functioning (e.g., showing the device powered on, charging, or connected).

If you are unable to demonstrate the issue via video, we may ask you to return the product for inspection at our warehouse.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.

Only warranty claims that fully comply with the conditions listed above will be eligible for a resolution.
